What is Mindfulness Meditation?

There are many well researched benefits of mindfulness meditation, study after study shows that it profoundly affects every aspect of our lives -
our bodies, minds, physical health and emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
It is a ‘practice’ and as such needs to be learned and carried out regularly to see benefits.
In my classes, I have a step by step approach to teaching the foundations and building blocks which help to develop your practice; you will learn the various techniques and aspects of mindfulness meditation, self compassion and compassion for others, how to implement it into your own life and how to navigate challenges.
